The Travetory website, including any future online booking or checkout functionality
Where a booking is made through a particular channel, the quotation, invoice, itinerary, booking confirmation, payment instructions, and other written communications issued for that booking may form part of the applicable booking terms.
All quotations are subject to availability, supplier confirmation, applicable taxes, and the terms communicated for the relevant booking.
Prices and availability may change until the booking is confirmed. A quotation does not guarantee a reservation or price unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Customers should review the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, travel dates, traveller details, cancellation conditions, and payment requirements before making payment.
Travetory’s applicable margin or commission is generally included in the quoted price and is not separately charged unless expressly communicated.
Any applicable taxes, supplier charges, service charges, modification fees, cancellation charges, or other additional amounts will be communicated in the quotation, invoice, or other booking-specific information, as applicable.
Travetory may accept payments through UPI, payment links, or other payment methods communicated to the customer.
Payment timing may vary depending on the supplier, booking type, and applicable payment terms. Customers must make payments within the deadline communicated for their booking.
A payment request, payment link, or successful payment transaction does not, by itself, constitute supplier confirmation of a booking.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that payments are made to the authorised payment details provided by Travetory.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the relevant supplier has confirmed the reservation and Travetory has communicated the confirmation to the customer.
Travetory may issue a booking confirmation, itinerary, ticket, voucher, or other relevant documentation once the applicable confirmation process is complete.
If payment has been received but the requested service cannot be confirmed, Travetory may offer an alternative arrangement. If the customer does not accept the alternative, Travetory will process the applicable refund in accordance with the Refund Policy, booking terms, and applicable law.
Customers should not assume that travel arrangements are confirmed solely because a payment has been made or a request has been submitted.
Customers are responsible for:
Providing complete, accurate, and current traveller and contact information.
Ensuring that names, dates of birth, travel dates, destinations, and other booking details are correct.
Reviewing quotations, itineraries, tickets, vouchers, and booking confirmations promptly.
Providing valid travel documents, including passports, visas, permits, and other documents required for travel.
Ensuring compliance with immigration, airline, accommodation, transport, and other applicable requirements.
Making payments within the specified deadlines.
Informing Travetory promptly of any errors, changes, or concerns relating to a booking.
Any consequences, charges, or losses arising from inaccurate information, missing documentation, or failure to comply with applicable travel requirements will be handled in accordance with the relevant supplier terms and applicable law.
Travetory should be informed promptly if a customer identifies an error in a booking confirmation. Corrections are subject to supplier rules, availability, and applicable charges.
A person making a booking on behalf of another traveller represents that they are authorised to provide the relevant traveller information and make the booking request.
The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that the information provided for all travellers is accurate and that the applicable booking terms are communicated to them.
Where a booking includes a minor, the adult making the booking is responsible for ensuring appropriate supervision, required permissions, and compliance with applicable travel and supplier requirements.
Travel services arranged through Travetory may be provided by independent third-party suppliers.
The actual delivery of these services, including their availability, quality, schedules, eligibility conditions, cancellation rights, modification rules, refundability, and operational requirements, may be governed by the relevant supplier’s terms.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable supplier and booking-specific terms before payment.
Travetory will assist with booking coordination and customer support within the scope of its role as intermediary. Travetory remains responsible for obligations relating to services it directly provides and for its own applicable legal obligations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Requests to modify a booking, including changes to dates, names, destinations, accommodation, flights, transfers, or other travel arrangements, must be submitted in writing through Travetory’s authorised WhatsApp or email channels.
All modifications are subject to supplier rules, availability, and approval. Additional charges may apply, including fare or rate differences, supplier modification fees, and any applicable Travetory charges communicated for the change.
A modification request is not considered approved until the relevant supplier has accepted the change and Travetory has communicated the updated confirmation.
If a requested modification is not possible, the existing booking terms will continue to apply unless the booking is cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.
All cancellations are subject to the applicable supplier terms, booking-specific conditions, and Travetory’s Cancellation Policy.
Customers must submit cancellation requests in writing through Travetory’s authorised WhatsApp or email channels. The request should include the booking reference, customer name, relevant service, and contact details.
Cancellation charges, non-refundable amounts, and any applicable deductions depend on the relevant booking terms and supplier rules.
A cancellation request is effective when received and acknowledged by Travetory, unless the applicable booking terms provide otherwise.
Please review our Cancellation Policy before requesting a cancellation.
Refund eligibility and the refundable amount depend on the applicable booking terms, supplier rules, cancellation conditions, amounts recoverable from the supplier, and applicable law.
Where a refund depends on a third-party supplier, Travetory will generally process the eligible refund after receiving the corresponding refundable amount from the supplier, where applicable.
Refunds will ordinarily be processed through the original payment mechanism, subject to applicable payment-provider and banking rules. The time taken for a refund to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or other financial institution.
Travetory will not withhold a refund required by applicable law.
Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility, deductions, processing, and timelines.
A supplier may cancel, reschedule, modify, or become unable to provide a confirmed service due to operational, commercial, regulatory, or other circumstances.
Where a supplier cancels or changes a booking, Travetory will communicate the information available to us and assist with alternatives or other remedies available under the applicable booking and supplier terms.
If no suitable alternative is available or accepted by the customer, any refund or other remedy will be handled in accordance with the applicable supplier terms, Refund Policy, and applicable law.
Where a refund is controlled or funded by a supplier, processing may depend on the supplier’s approval and release of the refundable amount.
Travetory may provide visa assistance directly or through third-party visa service agents, depending on the destination and nature of the service.
Visa approval, rejection, processing time, and issuance are determined by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or other competent authority.
Travetory does not guarantee visa approval, issuance, or a particular processing timeline. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and the required documents within the applicable deadlines.
Visa rejection, delay, or non-issuance does not automatically entitle a customer to a full refund. Any refund of visa fees, service charges, or associated travel bookings will be determined by the applicable booking, supplier, cancellation, and refund terms, subject to applicable law.
Travetory may facilitate travel insurance through third-party insurers or authorised service providers.
The insurance policy, coverage, exclusions, premium, claims process, and claim decisions are determined by the relevant insurer and the policy terms.
Travetory does not act as the insurer and does not guarantee coverage, claim approval, or claim settlement.
Customers should carefully review the insurance policy and contact the insurer or authorised provider for questions concerning coverage, exclusions, or claims.
Failure to use a booked service without cancelling within the applicable cancellation period may be treated as a no-show.
No-show, late-cancellation, denied-boarding, missed-departure, and travel-document-related consequences are governed by the relevant supplier and booking terms.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid travel documents and meet the entry, transit, check-in, health, and other requirements applicable to their journey.
Any resulting charges, forfeitures, or refund limitations will be determined in accordance with the relevant booking terms and applicable law.
Holiday packages and customised itineraries may include multiple independently supplied services, such as flights, accommodation, transfers, activities, cruises, or other arrangements.
Cancellation, modification, and refund terms may differ for each component of a package.
Where only part of a package is cancelled or modified, the applicable supplier terms and recoverable amounts for each component will determine the relevant charges and refund, subject to applicable law.
Customers should review the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, payment deadlines, and cancellation conditions applicable to each package before confirming the booking.
Travetory and its suppliers may be affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics or epidemics, government restrictions or orders, war, civil unrest, strikes, transport or airline disruptions, and significant technical or operational failures.
Where such circumstances affect a booking, Travetory will communicate relevant information available to us and assist with alternatives or remedies available under the applicable booking and supplier terms.
Any cancellation, rescheduling, credit, or refund will be handled in accordance with those terms and applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
Travetory may refuse a booking request or suspend or cancel a booking for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, material misrepresentation, incomplete or inaccurate information, non-payment, supplier restrictions, legal or regulatory requirements, safety concerns, or operational circumstances that prevent the booking from being fulfilled.
Where reasonably practicable, Travetory will notify the customer of the reason for the refusal, suspension, or cancellation and provide an opportunity to correct an issue where appropriate.
Any amount refundable to the customer will be determined in accordance with the applicable booking terms, supplier terms, Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, and applicable law.
This section does not permit Travetory to avoid any mandatory legal obligation or customer remedy.
Customers must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when requesting or using Travetory’s services.
If Travetory identifies information that appears to be false, misleading, incomplete, or potentially fraudulent, we may request clarification or correction and may take appropriate action where the issue creates a material compliance, security, financial, or operational risk.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include refusing, suspending, or cancelling a booking, subject to applicable law and the relevant booking terms.
Any resulting refund or charge will be determined in accordance with the applicable supplier terms, booking-specific conditions, Travetory policies, and applicable law.
Travetory may display reviews submitted directly by customers, subject to applicable law, reasonable moderation, and the purpose for which the review was submitted.
Travetory will obtain separate permission before using a customer’s travel photographs or testimonials for marketing or promotional purposes.
Customers must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. Travetory may decline to publish or may remove content where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
The content on Travetory’s website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Travetory or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.
Customers may use the website for lawful personal travel-related enquiries and bookings. Customers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent information, or use its content in a manner that infringes applicable rights.
Any future website booking or checkout functionality may be subject to additional booking-specific terms displayed during the booking process.
Travetory may collect and use personal information necessary to respond to enquiries, process bookings, coordinate travel services, facilitate payments, communicate with customers, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Personal information may be shared with relevant suppliers, service providers, payment providers, or authorities where necessary for the booking or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
Our collection, use, storage, and handling of personal information are governed by the Travetory Privacy Policy.
Customers should review the Privacy Policy to understand how their personal information is handled.
Travetory acts as an intermediary for third-party travel services unless expressly stated otherwise. The performance of services supplied by independent third parties is subject to the relevant supplier’s terms and applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, Travetory will not be liable for losses arising solely from the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, service failures, or decisions of independent suppliers, or from circumstances beyond Travetory’s reasonable control, where Travetory has not caused or contributed to the relevant loss through a breach of its own obligations.
Travetory does not exclude or limit liability for its own services, negligence, wilful misconduct, breach of contract, or other matters to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any mandatory consumer right, statutory remedy, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
