Our services are quotation-based. Once we understand your requirements, we provide a customised quotation detailing the applicable charges, inclusions and exclusions before you commit to a booking.

Our Services

Customised Holidays
Personalised domestic and international holidays designed around your interests, preferred pace, travel dates and budget.
Depending on your requirements, your itinerary may include accommodation, transport, sightseeing, activities and other travel arrangements.
Pricing: Quoted individually based on destination, duration, number of travellers, accommodation preferences, inclusions and supplier availability.
Air Ticket Bookings
Assistance with domestic and international flight bookings, including itinerary options based on your preferred travel dates, route and budget.
Pricing: Based on the applicable airfare, airline taxes and charges, availability at the time of booking, and any disclosed booking or service fees.
Airfares may change until the booking is confirmed and ticketed.
Hotel & Transport Arrangements
Assistance with hotel reservations, airport transfers, local transport and other ground arrangements for individual travellers, families and groups.
Pricing: Based on the selected accommodation, travel dates, room configuration, transport requirements, duration and availability, together with any applicable disclosed service fees.
Visa Assistance
Guidance and administrative assistance with visa application requirements and supporting documentation for your intended destination, where the service is available.
Pricing: Based on the destination, visa category, number of applicants, applicable consular or visa-centre fees, and any disclosed assistance fee.
Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant authorities. Visa approval is not guaranteed.

Package exclusions

The following are excluded unless specifically mentioned in the final quotation:

International airfare between India and Portugal.
Portugal Schengen visa fees, appointment charges and travel documentation expenses.
Travel insurance and medical coverage.
Lunches, dinners, snacks and beverages.
Entrance fees to monuments, museums, attractions and sightseeing venues unless specifically included.
Optional experiences such as Fado performances, Douro River cruises and wine cellar tastings.
Personal expenses, including laundry, telephone calls, shopping and minibar charges.
Porterage and tips for drivers, guides and hotel staff.
Early check-in, late check-out and room upgrades.
City taxes or tourist taxes payable directly at hotels, if not included in the quotation.
Any services not expressly mentioned under Package Inclusions.

Booking conditions

Quotation validity: Valid until [DD/MM/YYYY], subject to supplier availability and price changes thereafter.
Booking confirmation: All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Important pricing note

The final package price for each customer depends on their travel dates, preferences, selected services, hotel availability and supplier rates.

A detailed, itemised quotation will be provided for customer review and approval before payment.

All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and written confirmation of the selected services.

How Our Booking & Payment Process Works

Step 1 — Share your requirements

Step 2 — Receive your quotation

We prepare a customised proposal with the applicable price, inclusions, exclusions and relevant booking conditions.

Step 3 — Review and confirm

Review the proposed arrangements, payment schedule and cancellation and refund terms. Your booking proceeds once the required confirmation steps are completed.

Step 4 — Make your payment

Once you accept the quotation, we provide the payment instructions for the agreed amount through an authorised payment channel. Applicable payment terms and any advance payment requirements will be communicated before payment.

Step 5 — Receive confirmation

We confirm your booking and provide the relevant booking details and supplier confirmations, as applicable.

Important Pricing Information

All quotations are subject to supplier availability and the conditions specified in the quotation. Airfares, hotel rates, exchange rates and other supplier charges may change before confirmation.

Your quotation will identify the total amount payable, applicable taxes and fees, payment deadlines, inclusions and exclusions, and the conditions governing changes, cancellations and refunds.

No payment should be made until the applicable quotation and payment terms have been communicated to you.
